At the same time residences is a sphere of the organization of free time of children, teenagers, youth, development of their interests, labor, public, cultural and creative work, the sphere of ideological and moral formation of the personality.
The problem of education and re-education of children and teenagers was always one of leaders in pedagogics. Methodological, theoretical and methodical aspects of education of the child are covered in fundamental works of domestic teachers: K.D.Ushinskogo, L. N. Tolstoy, S. T. Shatsky, A. S. Makarenko, N. K. Krupskaya, G. I. Schukina, L. I. Novikova and many others.
At first sight can seem what exactly and has to be – everywhere is responsible, is from whom to ask. So more simply – directors of educational institutions argue. More simply, but it is not better. Pedagogical collectives in these cases are overloaded with laborious organizational work which besides obviously does not assume systematic pedagogical influence even on pupils, not to mention their environment.
The system of contacts of the child with world around is difficult and many-sided. Education in out-of-school conditions is a not only direct impact on the identity of the child, but also mediated – by moral improvement of environment.
